Apple Crisp

This is a crispy, crunchy, cinnamon topping that all of us like.
3/4 cup wheat flour
1/4 c. oatmeal
1 cup demererra sugar (or sucanant or palm sugar, whatever you have)

1 tablespoon baking powder (I use aluminum free)
1 egg
1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Apples to fill 9 x 13 pan 2/3 full.  I use canned, re-hydrated or fresh.
1 T. cinnamon to sprinkle on apples

Mix all ingredient except the 1 T. cinnamon for the apples. Mixture will be crumbly. After sprinkling apples with cinnamon, spread/crumble topping over apples.
Bake 300' for 1 hour.
