Spiced Apple Syrup

This is a nice change of pace.  I think my favorite thing we used it on was German pancakes.

Spiced Apple Syrup

1/2 c. honey

2 Tbsp. organic cornstarch or arrowroot powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. apple juice
 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Mix honey, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Stir in apple juice and lemon juice. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil for one min.

This was good on pancakes, but J. and I both thought it would be amazing on dutch babies. We'll let you know how that went next week.
